About the author: Ryo Toyoda

Ryo Toyoda is an Early Stage Researcher at the Newcastle University for ETN-Charming Project. He is investigating on how to evaluate adapted situational judgement of employee performance using the gaming environment. He holds an Erasmus Mundus Master’s Degree in Membrane Engineering since July 2017 from 3 High Education Institutions: Université de Montpellier (France), University of Chemistry and Technology Prague (Czechia), and University of Twente (Netherlands).
